Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery times depend on where the order is going and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
If you’re ordering from outside Ghana, please note that international shipping charges and any customs fees are your responsibility.

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You will need to contact us at support@decoreplus.africa to start the process
    Once approved, we’ll guide you on the return steps and issue a refund or replacement.

All text, photos, designs, and logos on decoreplus.Africa belongs to us and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without our written permission.
