1. Shipping Policy
At DecorePlus.Africa, our goal is to get your chosen home décor pieces to you quickly and in perfect condition, whether you’re in Ghana or overseas.Orders are usually packed and ready to send within one to three working days. As soon as your order leaves us, you’ll get a tracking link so you can keep an eye on its journey. Delivery times depend on where you live, how busy our dispatch is, and the shipping option you pick at checkout.
2. International Shipping
We also send orders to a number of countries outside Ghana. Before placing an order for international delivery, please note:

Extra Shipping Costs – If your order is heading beyond Ghana’s borders, there will be additional shipping fees. These depend on the destination, parcel weight, and delivery service chosen at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes – Once your package arrives in your country, it may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or similar charges. These are set by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. They aren’t included in our prices or shipping costs.

Delivery Time – International parcels can take longer to arrive, especially if customs processing is involved. We’ll show you an estimated delivery timeframe during checkout, but please expect possible extra days during holidays or busy seasons.
3. Return Policy
We want you to be happy with every order. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll do our best to sort it out quickly.
Returns are accepted if:

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

The item is unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

We may ask for clear photos of the damage or issue to help us verify the problem.
Items we can’t take back: Because many of our products are decorative and delicate, we can’t accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or no longer have their original packaging.
How to start a return: Send us an email at support@decoreplus.africa with your order number and a short explanation of the problem. We’ll reply with instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds: Once we receive and check the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It might take a few business days for the amount to show in your account.
